Amending Chapter 12-900 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Parking Regulations and Penalties," by regulating on-street parking of boats, motor homes, truck campers and vending carts, and amending Section 12-2405, entitled "Removal or Immobilization of Parked Vehicles; Notice," and Section 12-2809, entitled "Civil Penalties and Costs," to provide for penalties and towing for violations; all under certain terms and conditions.
