The following are the titles of Bills introduced in City Council on February 15,
2007

Bill No. 070089: An Ordinance authorizing the Philadelphia Authority for
Industrial Development (PAID) to file an application with the Office of the
Budget, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, under the Redevelopment Assistance Capital
Program, in an aggregate amount not to exceed One Million Dollars ($1,000,000)
to assist in the conversion of the former Wills Eye Hospital in Philadelphia to
the Jefferson Hospital for Neuroscience and authorizing the City to enter into
an agreement with PAID in furtherance of grant requirements; all under certain
terms and conditions.

Bill No. 070090: An Ordinance authorizing the Philadelphia Authority for
Industrial Development (PAID) to file an application with the Office of the
Budget, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, under the Redevelopment Assistance Capital
Program, in an aggregate amount not to exceed Two Million Dollars ($2,000,000)
to assist in the development of the WHYY Learning Lab, and authorizing the City
to enter into an agreement with PAID in furtherance of grant requirements; all
under certain terms and conditions.

Bill No. 070091: An Ordinance amending Chapter 19-200 of The Philadelphia Code,
entitled City Funds Deposits, Investments, Disbursements, by amending Section
19-201, entitled City Depositories, by authorizing the City Treasurer to deposit
funds in Sovereign Bank, under certain terms and conditions.

Bill No. 070092: An Ordinance amending Chapter 12-1100 of the Philadelphia
Traffic Code, entitled Miscellaneous Regulations and Penalties, by adding a new
Section entitled Prohibited Operation by Truant Minors, prohibiting minors who
have been determined to be truants from driving in Philadelphia under the age of
18, and providing for penalties, under certain terms and conditions.

Bill No. 070093: An Ordinance amending Chapter 14 of The Philadelphia Code,
entitled Zoning and Planning, by amending provisions related to businesses with
a drive-thru, all under certain terms and conditions.
