The following are the titles of Bills introduced in City Council on April 12,
2007

Bill No. 070259: An Ordinance amending Section 17-107 of The Philadelphia Code,
entitled Contractors: Labor-Management Relationships, to require that building
service employees, performing labor under certain building service contract,
receive the prevailing wage and prevailing working conditions, all under certain
terms and conditions.

Bill No. 070260: An Ordinance authorizing the Philadelphia Authority for
Industrial Development (PAID) to file an application with the Office of the
Budget, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, under the Redevelopment Assistance Capital
Program, in an aggregate amount not to exceed One Million Four Hundred Thousand
Dollars ($1,400,000) to assist in the redevelopment of the Roosevelt Boulevard
and Bustleton Avenue area and authorizing the City to enter into an agreement
with PAID in furtherance of grant requirements; all under certain terms and
conditions.

Bill No. 070261: An Ordinance approving the third amendment of the redevelopment
proposal for the Tioga Urban Renewal Area, being the area generally bounded by
Hunting Park Avenue on the north, Broad Street, Germantown Avenue, Venango
Street, Fifteenth Street, Allegheny Avenue and Germantown Avenue on the east,
Glenwood Avenue and Lehigh Avenue on the south and Twenty-third Street,
Allegheny Avenue and Twenty-third Street on the west, including the third
amendment to the urban renewal plan and the relocation plan, which provides,
inter alia, for the additional land acquisition of nineteen (19) properties for
residential and related uses; the provision of certain relocation services, as
required by law; and declaring that condemnation is not imminent with respect to
the Project.

Bill No. 070262: An Ordinance authorizing the Philadelphia Authority for
Industrial Development (PAID) to file an application with the Office of the
Budget, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, under the Redevelopment Assistance Capital
Program, in an aggregate amount not to exceed Two Million Nine Hundred Thousand
Dollars ($2,900,000) to assist in the development of Nueva Esperanza II and
authorizing the City to enter into an agreement with PAID in furtherance of
grant requirements; all under certain terms and conditions.

Bill No 070263: An Ordinance authorizing Northern Star Developments LLC, 5 Eiker
Road, Cranberry, NJ 08512, owner of the property at 1617 N. 2nd Street,
Philadelphia, PA 19122, to construct, own and maintain multi-level bays and
balconies as part of the Oxford Mews residential development project, under
certain terms and conditions.

Bill No. 070264: An Ordinance amending Section 14-1624 of The Philadelphia Code,
entitled North Delaware Avenue Area Special District Controls, by changing the
title and expanding the boundaries to include the area bounded generally by
Oregon Avenue, Front Street, the Delaware River and Spring Garden Street, all
under certain terms and conditions.

Bill No. 070265: An Ordinance authorizing and directing the placing upon City
Plan No. 271 of a certain variable width right-of-way for water main purposes,
drainage purposes and gas main purposes on the southerly side of Brown Street
approximately 58 west of Mintzer Street and extending approximately 167 in
depth, under certain terms and conditions.

Bill No. 070266: An Ordinance amending Section 14-1605 of The Philadelphia Code,
entitled Regulated Uses by adding a definition for Gun shop and designating gun
shops as regulated uses, all under certain terms and conditions.

Bill No. 070267: An Ordinance amending Section 12-918 of The Philadelphia Code,
entitled Parking for Car Sharing Organizations, by adding locations, all under
certain terms and conditions.

Bill No. 070268: An Ordinance amending Title 15 of The Philadelphia Code,
entitled Parks and Recreation, by adding a new Chapter relating to parks and
playgrounds and by providing for the hours of operation of certain parks and
playgrounds, all under certain terms and conditions.

Bill No. 070269: An Ordinance amending Chapter 10-100 of The Philadelphia Code,
entitled Animals, by adding a new section prohibiting the bringing of vicious
animals into playgrounds and providing for penalties, all under certain terms
and conditions.

Bill No. 070270: An Ordinance authorizing The Wissahickon Hills Civic
Association to construct, own and maintain, a sign on the traffic island of
Acorn Street at the intersection with Ridge Avenue, under certain terms and
conditions.

Bill No. 070271: An Ordinance amending Section 20-606 of The Philadelphia Code,
entitled Board of Ethics, to give the Board of Ethics the duty to provide
training regarding the financial disclosure requirements applicable to
candidates for office contained in the State Ethics Act, under certain terms and
conditions.

Bill No. 070272: An Ordinance amending Chapter 10-600 of The Philadelphia Code,
entitled Public Places Prohibited Conduct, by amending Section 10-612, entitled
Gambling, by amending the penalty provisions for certain violations and making
certain technical changes, all under certain terms and conditions.

Bill No. 070273: An Ordinance authorizing the Commissioner of Public Property,
on behalf of the City of Philadelphia, to enter into an agreement with the
Twenty-First Ward Athletic Association under which the City will lease to the
Association certain parcels of land located in the 21st Ward of the City of
Philadelphia and grant to the Association a related access easement, all under
certain terms and conditions.

Bill No. 070274: An Ordinance authorizing Beech Interplex, Inc., owner of the
property located on the southwest corner of 15th Street and Cecil B. Moore
Avenue, to install signs on the building located on such property, for purposes
of building identification, news broadcasts, entertainment and public service
announcements, under certain terms and conditions.

Bill No. 070275: An Ordinance amending Title 6 of The Philadelphia Code,
entitled Health Code, by adopting certain provisions of the National Fire
Protection Association Standard on Fire Department Occupational Safety and
Health Program, NFPA 1500, related to hearing protection measures for
Firefighters and Paramedics, with amendments thereto, all under certain terms
and conditions.
