AN ORDINANCE
Amending Bill No. 080156, entitled "An Ordinance adopting the Operating Budget for
Fiscal Year 2009," by increasing Housing Trust Fund appropriations for affordable
housing to an amount that is $5 million greater than that provided for affordable housing
in Fiscal Year 2008.
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION 1. Section 2 of Bill No. 080156 is hereby amended to read as follows:
Section 2. Appropriations in the sum of three billion, nine hundred
seventy-four seventy-eight million, seven hundred forty-six thousand
(3,974,746,000) (3,978,746,000) dollars are hereby made from the
GENERAL FUND, as follows:

hereby made from the HOUSING TRUST FUND, as follows:
