The following are the titles of Bills introduced in City Council on April 10,
2008

Bill No. 080373: An Ordinance amending Section 12-1120 of The Philadelphia Code,
entitled Abandoned Vehicles, by providing that towing and storage fees, charged
by authorized salvors for the towing and storage of abandoned vehicles, be
assessed in accordance with the provisions of Section 12-2406.1, under certain
terms and conditions.

Bill No. 080374: An Ordinance establishing a one way regulation on Guilford
Street, from Crispin Street to Rowland Avenue, westbound.

Bill No. 080375: An Ordinance establishing a one way regulation on Brighton
Street, from Sackett Street to Rowland Avenue, eastbound.

Bill No. 080376: An Ordinance establishing a neighborhood improvement district
in an area that generally includes Cheltenham Avenue with boundaries of
Wadsworth Avenue on the west and Broad Street on the east, Ogontz Avenue with
boundaries of Cheltenham Avenue on the north and 67th Avenue on the south and
Wadsworth Avenue with boundaries of Cheltenham Avenue on the northeast and
Michener Avenue on the southwest; to be known as The Greater Cheltenham Avenue
Business Improvement District; designating Greater Cheltenham Avenue Business
Improvement District Inc., a Pennsylvania nonprofit corporation, as the
Neighborhood Improvement District Management Association for the District;
approving a plan for the District, including a list of proposed improvements and
their estimated cost, and providing for assessment fees to be levied on property
owners within the District; authorizing the Director of Commerce, on behalf of
the City, to execute an agreement with Greater Cheltenham Avenue Business
Improvement District Inc. relating to the District; and authorizing Greater
Cheltenham Avenue Business Improvement District Inc., to assess property owners
within the District a special property assessment fee to be used in accordance
with the approved plan, all in accordance with the provisions of the Community
and Economic Improvement Act and under certain terms and conditions.

Bill No. 080377: An Ordinance to amend the Institutional Development District
Master Plan of LaSalle University by allowing for the expansion of Holroyd Hall.

Bill No. 080378: An Ordinance amending Bill No. 080156, entitled An Ordinance
adopting the Operating Budget for Fiscal Year 2009, by decreasing funding to the
First Judicial District of Pennsylvania.

Bill No. 080379: An Ordinance amending Bill No. 080156, entitled An Ordinance
adopting the Operating Budget for Fiscal Year 2009, by eliminating funding to
the First Judicial District of Pennsylvania.

Bill No. 080380: An Ordinance authorizing and directing the revision of curb
lines and grades on a portion of City Plan No. 97 by relocating the easterly
curb line of Broad Street approximately nine feet six inches eastwardly, from a
point approximately seventy-seven feet one inch south of the south curb line of
Fitzwater Street the distance of approximately one hundred twelve feet two
inches to a point approximately one hundred eighty-nine feet three inches south
of the south curb line of Fitzwater Street, under certain terms and conditions.

Bill No. 080381: An Ordinance to amend the Philadelphia Zoning Maps by changing
the zoning designations of certain areas of land located within an area bounded
by Delaware Avenue, Fairmount Avenue, Front Street, and Poplar Street.

Bill No. 080382: An Ordinance authorizing Mariner Commercial Properties, Inc.,
owner and developer of 1441 Chestnut Street to construct, own and maintain
various encroachments to be installed in conjunction with a mixed-use
development, all under certain terms and conditions.

Bill No. 080383: An Ordinance authorizing Arch Street Hotel Partners, LLC to
construct, own and maintain various encroachments at 1421 Arch Street, all under
certain terms and conditions.

Bill No. 080384: An Ordinance authorizing Grasso Holdings, Inc. the owner and
developer of 1601 Vine Street to construct, own an maintain various
encroachments to be installed in conjunction with a mixed-use development, all
under certain terms and conditions.
