AN ORDINANCE
Amending Bill No. 080156, entitled "An Ordinance adopting the Operating Budget for
Fiscal Year 2009," by decreasing funding to the First Judicial District of Pennsylvania.
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION 1. Section 2 of Bill No. 080156 is hereby amended to read as follows:
Section 2. Appropriations in the sum of three billion, nine
hundred seventy four million, seven hundred forty-six thousand
(3,974,746,000) three billion, eight hundred eighty million, eight
hundred thirty-one thousand, eight hundred and forty-eight
(3,888,831,848) dollars are hereby made from the GENERAL FUND, as
follows:
