AN ORDINANCE
Amending Bill No. 080156, entitled "An Ordinance adopting the Operating Budget for
Fiscal Year 2009," by eliminating funding to the First Judicial District of Pennsylvania.
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION 1. Section 2 of Bill No. 080156 is hereby amended to read as follows:
Section 2. Appropriations in the sum of three billion, nine hundred
seventy four million, seven hundred forty-six thousand (3,974,746,000)
three billion, eight hundred sixty million, one hundred ninety-three
thousand, seven hundred and ninety-seven (3,860,193,797) dollars are
hereby made from the GENERAL FUND, as follows:
