Public Hearing Notice
May 20, 2008
The Committee on Public Property and Public Works of the Council of the City of
Philadelphia will hold a Public Hearing Tuesday, June 3, 2008, at 1:00 PM, in
Room 400, City Hall, to hear testimony on the following item:
080499 An Ordinance authorizing the Commissioner of Public Property, on behalf
of the City of Philadelphia, to enter into a lease agreement with the
Philadelphia Municipal Authority for further sublease to Philadelphia Biosolids
Services, LLC., a certain portion of a parcel of ground located at 7800 Penrose
Ferry Road; all under certain terms and conditions.
Immediately following the public hearing, a meeting of the Committee on Public
Property and Public Works, open to the public, will be held to consider the
action to be taken on the above listed item.
Copies of the foregoing item are available in the Office of the Chief Clerk of
the Council, Room 402, City Hall.
