Public Hearing Notice
May 30, 2008
The Committee on Public Property and Public Works of the Council of the City of
Philadelphia will hold a Public Hearing Thursday, June 5, 2008, at 12:30 PM, in
Room 400, City Hall, to hear testimony on the following item:
080496 An Ordinance authorizing the Commissioner of Public Property, on behalf
of the City, to acquire from the Philadelphia Redevelopment Authority the
properties known as 917, 919, 923, 925, 927, 929 and 931 South 22nd Street,
under certain terms and conditions.
Immediately following the public hearing, a meeting of the Committee on Public
Property and Public Works, open to the public, will be held to consider the
action to be taken on the above listed item.
Copies of the foregoing item are available in the Office of the Chief Clerk of
the Council, Room 402, City Hall.
