I forgot my password. What do I do?

I signed up as a Hallwatch member, but I still can't access the XYZ page. Why not?
Hallwatch members can access, some, but not all of the pages on Hallwatch. Other pages (e.g., those marked with a green key) are available only to paying subscribers.
How do I know what pages I can look at?
To see what pages you can view, look in the upper right corner of the page for your Hallwatch keyring, a series of colored keys next to your username. In order to view a restricted page, you must have the same color key on your key ring.
Are passwords case sensitive on Hallwatch?
Yes. As far as Hallwatch is concerned 'abcdef' and 'ABCDEF' are two totally different passwords.
I signed up for the Hallwatch-announce mailing list. How come Hallwatch won't accept my password when I try to use the real estate pages?
The email announcement list and Hallwatch membership are two different things. If you want access to the red key pages on Hallwatch, you must sign up as a basic member; green key pages are reserved for paying subscribers. More about Hallwatch subscriptions.
