Here are some reasons that would prevent you from receiving Hallwatch email and what you can do about them.

| Your mailbox is full. | Empty your mailbox |
| AOL users: spam settings on your account have diverted Hallwatch's email to a spam folder or deleted it all together. | Look in your spam folder for email from Hallwatch. Change your spam settings to a less restrictive setting. |
Check that cookies are enabled in your browser. Hallwatch uses cookies to manage user logins and if you have yours disabled, Hallwatch will not log you in, even if you have activated your account. In Internet Explorer 6.0 go to Tools > Internet Options > Privacy and set your privacy to 'Medium'. Perhaps you already activated your account? Hallwatch deletes your code as soon as you activate your account successfully. See if you can log in.
