House Bill 1954 Scorecard

House Bill 1954 takes away the right of any taxpayer to appeal zoning or other decisions concerning the development of their neighborhood. The Bill's zoning provision was passed over the course of 2 days without the benefit of public hearings or discussion. Governor Rendell signed the Bill into law on November 30, 2004, despite receiving 451 letters from citizens urging a veto.
