Judge Ford,

I realize it is the 21st century and the courts have come along
way when it comes to custody of children. Fathers have the
same rights as mothers and I agree with this. You currently
made a false statement in the mentioned case regarding the
children of Cheryl and Craig Rand. You spoke to these children
and came to the conclusion that they had been coached by their
mother for the last 17, 14 and 8 years of their lives. I am
the Aunt of these children and have watched from a distance a
man totally minipulate and sabatoge a his wife and childrens
life. Your current ruling of giving Mr Rand 5 days a week
custody has caused nothing but confusion and dismay to three
children who want to be with the parent that actually cares for
them and provides for them. That is not their father. In the
past three weeks he has called his ex-wife and harrassed her
into doing all of the childrens running that needs to be done.
He has promised her to go to the courts and make an agreement
that she has the children live with her all the time and he is
able to take the girls with him two nights a week and every
other weekend and the only way he will do this if she does all
of his running for him when he is suppose to have the
children. The second night after your decision he never showed
up at home for the children at his scheduled time because he
went to the Phillies game with his friends. He then called the
police at 10:30 pm to say that his wife was in contempt of
custody. The next day he called his 17 year old son and
continuously threathened him that he was going to make him pay
when he got him home. Well Shane immediately went to the
courts and filed a restraining order against him. Because Mr
Rand did not step foot in Philadelphia until after the court
date he could never be served. Shane Rand a 17 year old
student at Northeast Catholic High School for the past 2 years
now starting his junior year is now being threatened that he is
not allowed to attend that school. Shane has been wrestling
with North Catholic since he was 6 yrs old, he is now a member
of the Football Team, Wrestling Team and is an Advanced Student
at Northeast Catholic. If his father removes him from this
school I truly believe it would ruin Shane's Life a take him
on a path in life that would be very hard to recover from.
Cheryl Rand , the mother, has always worked and paid for
everything pertaining to her children. When Mr Rand would pay
she had to pay him back in ways , well use your imagination.
This man is destroying three talented children and by the
decision you made it is now destroying a hard working mom
trying to keep her children off the streets and in a good
enviroment. This past weekend I was speaking to Cheryl and she
told me that her 7 almost 8 year came home from her dads saying
that he made her sleep with him in bed in between him and his
girlfriend. This is not appropriate behavior for adults.
Craig Rand is a very evil man. He will buy his children
anything to keep them happy. Sometimes it works with the girls
but it never works with his son. You threatened Shane by
telling him that if he didn't stay with his father he would be
put in foster care. He is now miserable and has no desire. It
would be a great tragedy to see such a bright young man become
hateful and give up on life. He already thinks that the one
with the best lawyer and the most money wins and this has been
proven in this case. You have made a decision on a gut feeling
and that is not justice. Mrs. Rand could bring in teachers,
family members, friends and coaches that would agree that Mr.
Rand is not a good father and just knows how to minipulate
people. I really thought that Mrs. Rand would finally win
custody of her children because it is the right thing but I see
now that by being a liar and a minipulator means alot more. Mr
Rand has been lying for about 5 years about his wife and the
Philadelphia Court system has allowed him to get away with it.
Mrs. Rand is out of money and now can not fight because there
are no good lawyers that work for free. Mr Rand can afford to
spend thousands of dollars to fight for children he doesn't
even want just to keep control of Mrs. Rand and by the decision
you made you are allowing him to do this. If that is justice
it needs to be rewritten. When children speak they need to be
heard not ignored

the first place? Airplane!

Mississippi to New Orleans, Louisiana in order for her to fly to
Philadelphia, PA to see her father? Dawn Frankenfield, the
mother, did!
How did Marc Frankenfield break your order, when all he did was
pick up his daughter at Phila. Int'l Airport.
It's not like a 10-year-old child is able to fly through United
States airspace in 2007 without parental consent.
You were going to arrest a man for picking up his child at an
airport from a ticket that he paid for, and the Mother agreed to?
Your court order provided for a mutual agreement to be made by
the parties. A mutual agreement was made.
You were perjured to by Dawn Frankenfield, and police officer
Kline of the 24th District in order to break the mutual
agreement. Another oral agreement broke.
I would like to personally thank you for enabling Mrs.
Frankenfield to "keep the kiddie's from daddy!", euphemismictally
'parentally alienate' her children from the father.
either way you slice the bread, it's, just as the UCCJEA's intent
is to be, correct.. The UCCJEA was written to help millions of
mothers because it was so common?
There's millions of deadbeat dads.. and you screw over a dad who
