Subject:   my conviction in 1991

Honorable Judge Greenspan
It is with much thanks that i write this long overdue letter.
in 1991 after serving 9 months of a felony conviction in
holmsburg prison awaiting defered sentencing. I appeared before
you for a retrial i was granted. I told you that I had stopped
using drugs in prison, and was ready to turn my life around.
against the district attnys rants you dropped my felony
conviction and sentenced me to time served.
You were able to see a good person in me who had truely changed.
today i have been 101% drug free since that day 17 years ago. I
am married to a wonderful women with 2 stepchildren,3
grandchildren. we own a wonderful home, a medium sized painting
company, a laundromatt, and 7 rental properties.
but i am most proud to say that i have become a tax paying
voting contributing member of soceity.
i wish to thank you,the phila police officer who arrested me,
God and all those who believed in me.
This letter is in no way ment to gloat on my part, only to try
to convey the good that sometimes comes out of your intuiton to
set a person free based only on the fact that you had faith that
i was honest.

Subject:   Follow-Up on Condemed Property at 2710 Lefvre St.

Do you have anyone who follows up on decisions that you have
ruled on? See Below.

Civil Docket Case ID: 051102188

On April 23, 2007 the property at 2710 Lefevre St. was
condemned by Docket Entry 59-06111159 and was supposed to be
taken down 2 months after the decision by order of Court Judge
Greenspan April 10, 2007.

As of today, 8 July 2008 nothing has been done to this
building. I can only assume that the city L&I (Dominic Verdi),
State Representative (John Taylor), State Senator Mike Stack,
and City Councilwoman Joan Krajewski have lost visibility of
the problem.

As a concerned property owner in the 4400 block of Salmon St, I
would like to resurrect interest of the safety of your
constituents. That is, the property owners of 4400 blocks of
Salmon and Edgemont Streets. Thunderstorms, high winds are a
constant threat to our safety. As it is, the building is
falling apart brick by brick. Pieces of brick and broken glass
from the windows decorate the pavement surface. The 2700 block
of Lefevre St. is a well traveled pedestrian walkway. The
neighborhood children use this walkway to travel to and from
the Bridesburg Recreation Center for Summer Camp, swimming
lessons and the other amenities offered by the Recreation
Center. Elder citizens use it for their daily recreational
walks and passage to the local business establishments. The
safety of the community is in jeopardy as this building
continues to exist with no apparent city interest.

Please give this your immediate attention, When I moved into my
property (January 1973) at 4490 Salmon St, I’ve had to remove a
rather large steel metal window frame with glass that fell into
my yard and collapsed my swimming pool. Also, large pieces of
tar paper with coating (Note: the coating makes the ends of the
tar paper razor sharp), rats, stray cats, pigeon feces to name
some of the problems. Can someone help us? PLEASE!

Subject:   NRA vs Philadelphia

I was in attendance for the closing arguments for the NRA vs.
City of Philadelphia. I found the experience very interesting
and frustrating.

Specifically, I would like to know why a Common Pleas Judge
heard a case where the State of Pennsylvania has jurisdiction.

---------------------------------------------

Politicians Above the Law

I thought government officials took an oath to defend the U.S.
Constitution and the PA State Constitution when they took
office. Well the hypocrisy continues.

First we have Mayor Nutter and Philadelphia City Council
signing municipal laws that go against the uniform firearms
laws for Pennsylvania. The five new gun laws proposed are in
direct violation to Pennsylvania law. That is clear. As
reported in the Philadelphia Daily News on June 4,
2008, “District Attorney Lynne Abraham has said that all five
of the laws are unconstitutional and that she won’t enforce
them.”

Now, also as reported in the Philadelphia Daily News, “Judge
Jane Cutler Greenspan yesterday lifted her earlier injunction
against three of the laws”. As a Common Pleas Judge, she
should not have heard this case. This case should have only
been tried in the State Court since they have jurisdiction over
the uniform firearms codes for Pennsylvania.

One ironic twist is that one of the laws she now says in
enforceable, Bill No. 080032-A, (requiring lost or stole
firearms to be reported within 48 hours) was already defeated
at the State level.

So now we have legislators that are making laws where they have
no authority. We also have judges trying cases where they have
no authority. One could argue that the responsible government
officials in both of these incidents could be charged under PA
Crimes and Offenses (Title 18), chapter 53, subsection 5301.

“A person acting or purporting to act in an official capacity
or taking advantage of such actual or purported capacity
commits a misdemeanor of the second degree if, knowing that his
conduct is illegal,
1. subjects another to arrest, detention, search, seizure,
mistreatment, dispossession, assessment, lien or other
infringement of personal or property rights; or
2. denies or impedes another in the exercise or enjoyment
of any right, privilege, power or immunity.”

Today’s issue is guns. Tomorrow’s issue could be abortion,
smoking in outside public areas, the SUV you drive, or eating
food that will make you fat.

The Second Amendment to the U.S. Constitution and PA state code
section 21 specifically talk about the RIGHT, not the
privilege, to bear arms. What gives the city government the
authority to take away citizen’s rights granted by the U.S. and
State constitutions? Why doesn’t the state step in to
control these rogue politicians? When politicians break the
law they should answer for their actions just like the rest of
us do.

Who is really protecting “WE THE PEOPLE”?

Subject:   Crooked Greenspan /DA and Eddie Polec Case

District Attorney´s Office
Three South Penn Square, Philadelphia, PA 19107-3499
phone: 215-686-8000 fax: 215-563-0047

ATTENTION:: Lynne Abraham – any one involved, has knowledge of
or even knew about the cover up in the Eddie Polec Beating Case –
(TWO PAGES)

A letter / complaint was sent from Disciplinary Board in regards
to the Eddie Polec Case and Commonwealth V Johnson.
It has been OFFICIALLY documented with a letter from Trooper PA
Disciplinary Board that the DA's involvement in this case ended
in 2001.

THE REAL DICIPLINARY BOARD and the Third Circuit NOW know have
an official LIE in writing from representative from Philadelphia
District Attorneys Office Of Philadelphia.

The Problems?

1) The letter mentions that the DA's involvement ended in 2001.
This means the DA WAS involved from 1994 to 2001. Why is this
bad? The DA JUST ADMITTED TO BEING INVOLED IN A CASE THE FEDS
AND DOJ SAY NEVER EXISTED!!!!! (By the way, the REAL Conduct
Board, Third Circuit and DOJ are interested in who these people
are in Philadelphia that wrote the letter “fraudulent letter” on
your behalf, and why. NOTE: You do know that a lie sent in the
mail is mail fraud. The USPS agreed and told me so in a letter!

2) Mumia was used to DENY Carlo Johnson’s appeal and it can ONLY
be found in WESTLAW. It CAN NOT be found in any
other “legitimate” court-filing agency. So Mumia was used to
deny an appeal (A FEDERAL HABEAS NO LESS – The most protected
writ under the Constitution punishable by TREASON???). THE DA
allowed Mumia’s case to be used in a case that DOJ and all
Federal agencies say doesn’t exist? I think constituents of
Mumia would like to know that. If the DA had no involvement in
Mumia, she should have kept her mouth shut when asking the Third
Circuit to RECUSE itself.

3) The DA WAS INVOLVED in the case in 2005 when in argued
AGAINST Anthony Rienzi and his Federal Habeas (all the same
case – codefendant of Carlo Johnson in Eddie Polec case)

4) The DA WAS involved in THIS case in 2006 as Attorney Shabaz
stated that, "The DA will fight that, “ (meaning the
expungement). There are 5 documented hearings with the DA's
involvement in 2006, and he was right, FIGHT it she tried!!!

5. THE BEST PART IS, YOU ARE TRUELY NOT AWARE WHO IS REALLY
BACK STABBING YOU. I THINK YOU WOULD BE SURPIRSED TO KNOW WHO IS
JUMPING SHIP AND TELLING ON YOU!!!!!!!! I KNOW I WAS SHOCKED TO
FIND OUT WHO!

Oh the web we weave when we teach those to deceive. There is
NOTHING Lynnie could do now. She admitted she was involved in a
case that all Federal agencies say are NON EXISTENT (mock court)
and BLAMED the THIRD CIRCUT COURT for an argument that THEY
NEVER HEARD. You see Lynne, the Third Circuit in 2000 stated
there was no lower court proceedings in the Eastern District
Court for the Federal Habeas, so it looks DUMB now to say the
Third Circuit DENIED the Federal Habeas that they admitted 7
years ago, that they NEVER heard the case. Too bad the letter
sent to my family states the last involvement of DA in the
Eddie Polec Case was in 2001 AND RECENLTY documented in the
LIES sent through US mail when there are attorney letters,
witnesses and attorney statements to the contrary...... not to
mention we have the certified record to prove DA's involvement
from 2006!!!!!

The Conclusion:

1. Lynne Abraham representative said Lynne involvement and the
DA office ended in 2001, but we KNOW its 2006. That’s Lie number
ONE and fraud sent through US mail.
2. Lynne Abraham representative said the Third Circuit denied a
case they NEVER HEARD. That’s a big no no! You don’t want to
blame the 3rd Circuit for something they did not do!
3. The Best part? The DA’s representative said Lynne was
involved only up until 2001. LIES we were in court in 2006.
4. The even BIGGEST LIE YET….It was sent via US MAIL!
5. The cu de grau -NONE OF THE PAPERWORK EXISTS!!!!! AND the DA
ADMITTED TO BEING INVOLVED in a case with no records – A FEDERAL
HABEAS – most protected writ under the Constitution no less. Is
this a partial reason why Lynnie is no longer running?

Truth crushed to the ground shall rise. No lie can live forever.
No LIE can survive the test of time

I will make this a PROMISE to make sure JUSTICE is served.

If these letter were NOT sent on your behalf, I believe a full
investigation should be done to “protect” you. Obviously,
someone believe you need protecting.

Carla Johnson – fighting on behalf of the Polec victims DUPPED
by the Media and the Philadelphia system, supported by FACTS
from our Federal Government and multiple agencies levied by
crooked Lynne Abraham in a scheme to defraud the court and the
Federal Constituion Law on Federal Habeas.

Subject:   Fumo, Ford Elliot and Greenspan!!!

Judge Greenspan affirmed an illegal sentence in the Eastern
District Court of a NON Juridiction Western District Court Judge
Kate Ford Elliot whose campaign was paid for by FUMO based on
information regarding his indictment in Mondays Daily News. I
guess because it was high profile, The Eddie Polec case Dubbed
the trial of the century. Read below what Kate Ford Elliot did
and how recently announcing non running again DA Lynne Abraham,
were involved in one of FOMO's benefetors...even though Ford
Elliot lost to Eakin, its uncanny how Faith Angel, FOrd Elliot
and Sandra Newman were ALL involved in the Fumo case just so
happened to be involved in the Eddie Polec Case where hundreds
of thousands was paid out, only to find the DOJ says theres no
paperwork!!!!

RE: Judge named in FUMO indictment (Fumo allegedly ran and paid
for campaign that failed against Justice Eakin), An illegal
Eastern District Court Opinion by Kate Ford Elliot, a Western
District Judge out of HER jurisdiction and ignores a PER CURIAM
order to vacate a sentence starts a case of FRADULENT
CONCEALMENT. Eddie Polec Case – Trial of the Century Exposed!!!

To date, it appears based on a recent investigation by the DOJ,
State Police Repository, Civil Rights Commission, and recent
admittal of guilt in a Redaction in a conviction, By
Philadelphia Pennsylvania court and Philadelphia District
Attorney,

President Judge Kate Ford Elliot has fraudulently concealed an
illegal action of denial of Federal Habeas 00-1097 which
ultimately was never filed (and set in motion) received
information on a file that does not nor ever existed, assisting
in the fraudulent concealment of a vacated sentence and assisted
in the fraudulent concealment of an illegally discharged habeas
corpus

Kate Ford Elliot said “It was clear from the record appellate
was charged with third degree murder. BASED ON DOJ, THERE NEVER
WAS A RECORD! There is no warrant and there was never a
conviction on the record based on, DOJ 5 letters and
investigation, Criminal Intergra and FBI Repository. Also,
Commonwealth v. Johnson 719, 778 set by Ford Elliot in 1998, has
been used 8 times (an counting), to deny others their appeal.
You mean a case the DOJ says has no conviction, warrant and has
been redacted in September is still being used???? Yes, as of
December 2006, thanx to Kate Ford Elliot! How many counts
or “error” can that account for? In other words, it was clear to
those “in the know” because the record simply NEVER EXISTED. A
clear case of FRAUDULENT CONCEALMENT!

State repository CERTIFIED record agreed with the recently
CERTIFIED court documents, there was NO murder only an
aggravated assault, and THAT has been redacted.

This is of Public Interest and as a citizen, will not commence
until situations like this and others in their Administrative
Faults and Fraudulent Concealment’s are rectified.

Although in 2000, the law on concealment states:

In case of fraudulent concealment, it is the rule in most
jurisdictions that if the one who practices the fraud conceals
material facts and thus prevents discovery of his wrong or of
the fact that a cause of action has accrued against him, the
limitations period will not begin to run until the facts are
discovered, or, in the exercise of reasonable diligence, should
have been discovered. Holmberg v. Armbrecht, 327 US 392, 397, 66
S Ct 582, 90 L ed 743 (1946). "This equitable doctrine is read
into every federal statute of limitations"; 51 Am. Jur. 2d § 147.

How did you have knowledge of a case that does not exist? 00-
1097 only exists to those who received this letter attached,
making it common that you all shared in the same fraudulent
concealment of the truth. Is it because of the mention of Kate
Ford Elliot in the Fumo indictment? There surely is a large
coincidence considering Judge M Faith Angel (Judge that held
phony Habeas hearings in Eddie Polec Case 00-1097 that DOJ says
does not exist), INITIALLY had the case in 2004 and turned it
down citing something about jurisdiction. She then oddly gave
a testimony to FBI agent in regards to the FUMO case and later
retired but months later was RECALLED. You think Fumo may have
had an interest on getting Kate Ford Elliot to the Easter
District Court for his own benefit? It seems as though he may
have done it before. Why would Fumo pay a Western District
Court Judge from that area to come to Philadelphia in the
Eastern District court? Maybe because he had already KNOWN Kate
Ford Elliot and M Faith Angell would seemingly “do what he
says”. The reason? That’s up to the FBI and IRS, (to include
the Post Office considering this was all sent via US mail).
Hundreds of thousands was taken in this case extortion by US
mail with is mail fraud.

I will not make unfounded accusations, only reading these
letters from official Federal offices should be read in
a “common sense manner.”

I intend to expose the truth. Your and all others illegal
actions and Administrative Errors will soon come to light.

Subject:

Judge Greenspan, as per Department of Justice, Integra, FBI
search and Pacer etc. suggest you tried relatives of mine (and
MANY others) without a bill of indictment or a graded crime. My
brother spent 5-10 years in prison on an ungraded crime
(supposedly a felony like u said at trial). PA statue 905
states grading must be done. I also have based on your DOCKETED
electronic paperwork, his complaint came out three weeks AFTER
his arrest? (also have the originals from 12 years ago!) You
reported one thing to the prison and ANOTHER in your opinion.
You also reported a seperate thing to the FBI repository (an
illegal move there Greenspan). This calls for a look into all of
your documents from this point forward (and trust me, many have
been looking). Oh, and there is no changing the mistakes now,
even though someone tried, by using WHITEOUT on my verdict
sheet. No one can tell what used to be there,...until you hold
it up to the light to see what was DELETED!" I am so glad for
Homeland Security and Dec. 1st electronic records rule. As you
know, or may not know, you MAY want to check in future cases (if
you have any after an investgation), that the previous Municipal
Court Judge has the same arrests dates and COMPLAINT dates as
you before you BOTH put conflicting information on an automated
system for legal agencies to scrutinize. Better yet, make sure
there is a warrant and accurate paperwork.
Also, persuant of the current Redaction ordered in my brothers
case, NO CHARGES AT ANYTIME (especially without a bill), should
remain against him. There's a HUGE problem however, you NEVER
stamped his vacated sentence when it came down from the Superior
court. They did not seem to like that when they were notified.
You waited for an illegal enbanc reargument THEN stamped his
papers 1 year later. Trust me, the evidence in CLEAR. How do I
know? All other codefendents were stamped the same day
affirmed...except mine AND I HAD WON!
It truely DOES NOT matter that you put out appellate court rules
stating that the trial courts information can not be changed in
appelate proceedings. You started the ball rolling, lied in you
opinion and to the FBI reposiroty and he has NO RECORD of a
felony. Unfortunately, I am sad to see Lynn Abraham not run in
2009. Hopefully, within the next few years, she, along with you,
can explain the the arrest before the complaint, lack of a
warrant, lack of bill of indictment and current redaction order.
Maybe you can also explain, without a bill or a warrant, or
CONVICTION, how he is now the target of MULTIPLE hate group
sites based on the fraudulent information from this illegal
case. Trying a case without proper documentation or mock court
is TREASON. I am SURE you know the consitution. The only way to
pervert it, is to know it well.
How many people have you done this to? Apparently from the
information TONS.
A mere oversight? Not when you are dealing with peoples lives. I
believe the justice system works. As it did. My brother had WON
and had his sentence vacated. It was a select group of
individuals to include you as the "ring leader" who chose to
deny him those rights.
"You run with the pack, you share in the kill" - these should
sound familiar as they were spouted during my brothers now known
as an ILLEGAL trial. I doubt you would, could or should debate
the information from DOJ, Inegra, FBI Intentity, Independent
Civil Rights Commission and any other group that agreed with me
on paper, based on their investigation. I would be glad to send
copies to you if you's like. I have a fed ex account and a fax.
I do not like to print untruths or have people try to site me
for defamation, I know you are good at fining newspaper writers
when you need to know their source because you can't take
someone even thinking about u in a negative way.

I just spent a couple of days in Philly last week and it
reminded me of my stay with you and your family back in 1985
(yes, 20 years ago!). You, Alan, Kate and Emily hosted me at
your home while I went to paralegal school. It brought such
fond memories and I thank you for them.
I hope all is well with you and the family. I now have two

Dear Guardian of Philadelphia Parks:

I will make this short in the hope that you will take a moment to
read it.

As a native Philadelphian I have always regarded the park
system as defining a very special city. As a child, my family
would take Sunday strolls in Fairmount Park; as a Boy Scout, we
would take hikes along the Wissahickon; and where I would, later
as a parent, take my daughters for riding lessons; and where my
aging father would sit on a bench by the stream and adore his
beautiful grandchildren I live on a city block that ends at Morris
Park, where my daughters played when they were very young. And
now my grandchildren have the benefits of the parks.

I strongly urge you to provide the leadership required to
have and grow a healthy park system by supporting our slate of
Fairmount Park Commissioner candidates: ED BRONSTEIN, MICHAEL
DiBERARDINIS, DEBRA WOLF GOLDSTEIN, JOSEPH M MANKO, DAVID D. POPE,

Subject:   Coalition Slate for Philadelphia Parks

Dear Guardian of Philadelphia Parks:

In your selection of new members to the Fairmount Park
Commission, I urge you to strongly consider the Coalition Slate
of Candidates. Any one of the coalition, Ed Bronstein, Michael
DeBerardinis, Debra Wolf Goldstein, Joseph M. Manko, David P.
Pope, Doris A. Smith, or William A. Wilson, would be an excellent
choice for the existing vacancies.
As a member of the Wissahickon Restoration Volunteers, I have
seen first hand how the Wissahickon Park area has been allowed to
suffer from neglect and misuse. I have also seen the need for a
strong and visionary leadership to bring guidance and support for
the many grass roots organizations, such as the WRV, which are
trying to restore the Park to its former splendor.
Furthermore, it is equally vital to select a commission which
will find creative ways to manage the "confusing overlap of
mission between the Park Commission and the city's Recreation
Department" (Phil. Inquirer 5/14/02)

attention!

Subject:   Coalition Slate for Philadelphia Parks

Dear Guardian of Philadelphia's Parks:

The condition and quality of the park system - particularly our
'natural' park environments of Pennypack and Wissahickon - are
very important to me. They are, perhaps, the most compelling
reason for me to stay, and pay taxes, in Philadelphia.

It is evident that insufficient budgets, languishing stewardship
and etraordinary popularity have taken their toll on all our
parks over the past decade or so. We need to act quickly to
restore a balance, even if it means sacrificing some of our
accustomed freedoms of access and use.

Only a dedicated, educated board of conservators can successfully
manage the difficult task of healing these precious resources,
perhaps the best examples of urban parkland in the US.

I believe the Coalition slate of candidates, specifically:

Michael DiBerardinis
Doris A. Smith
Ed Bronstein
David P. Pope
Debra Wolf Goldstein
William A. Wilson
Joseph M. Manko

have both the qualifications and the vision equal to this task.
Please show that you care by doing all you can to ensure that the
best possible appointments are made. It will be a decision that
accrues benefits across the generations.

Thank you.
