Reconsideration Motion Letter

PP# 9986139 Lambert C. Walker (birth date 4-10-61)

Good morning, Your Honor - Judge Joel Johnson,

My name is LaMont Walker, the twin brother of Lambert Walker. I
am pleading with you to give Lambert Walker another chance to
get his life in order and to abide to the agreement that was
established by you and/or the courts. His ignorance of the law
has destroyed his life and there is no excuse on his behalf.
His children, family and friends are saddened of his
incarceration on Sept. 14, 2007. I will personally make sure he
pays something out of pocket and not wait for his job to
garnish his wages.

I have $500 at this time, please let me bring that in to start
the process of releasing him as soon as possible so he can get
back to his daughters in Mount Pocono, get his items out of his
home before its’ boarded up, find a new residence and to keep
his job.

Second Chance: As of now, he may have lost his only job due to
him not coming to work this past weekend. In addition, Lambert
Walker is scheduled to start a new job at Mount Pocono Casino
on Sept. 28, 07. Please Your Honor; please give him another
opportunity to get his life back on track and to revisit his
financial status with the courts. The reality is; I am scared
and very concerned for his wellbeing.

Ever since the bitter separation between him and his wife
(Tracy Walker), he has been faced with dire conditions and his
life has completely gone down hill. He will be losing his home
in 10-20- days in Mount Pocono through a Sheriff Sale because
he could not keep up with his bankruptcy payments. Lambert has
been seeking assistance to find residence through programs for
him and his 2 girls, Braylynn & Brahneir Walker ages 14 and 15
who was giving back to him by Tracey Walker 4 weeks ago. These
2 girls are included in his child support. They are registered
at Mount Pocono School District. His daughters need him and
their lives are devastated by his incarceration. They are now
staying at their neighbor’s house in Mount Pocono.

Please Please reconsider. Thank you very much in advance.

Sincerely,

LaMont Walker
