| Subject: | Landon Matthews |
Hi Judge Dumas,
I writing in regards to my son Landon Matthews,I don't know if
your aware of the situation with Landon he was placed in
Cornell Abraxas I on February 7,2006 which I was not
dishearten about. The reason I am emailing you P.O Christian
said this would be the best place to start Landon was suppose
to take the GED test in August, due to P.O McLaughlin not
requesting this in court on June 29,2007 he will be unable to
take the test which his livid about as well as me.This was one
of the obstacles put before Landon and he will successful
completed this program on Sept 29,2007 my problem with this is
that Landon will sit for 15 months and still come home with
nothing when he was told from the beginning he would need to
completed his GED before he left..He took his SAT and scored
very well, well enough that Clarion University accepted him. I
just believe its not fair to that his doing his part and wont
be giving this opportunity complete the program to better
himself by getting his diploma or GED. If there is anything
else I can do to ensure my son's future please let me know. I
am a parent who has always supported the Juvenile system but
feel as though his is just another pawn to others but his my
son and I wont the very best for him and I believe that if he
was giving this opportunity he would be complete the GED
successful, his very intelligent I have taken a lot of your
advice from you ( which was always good advice.) and sense then
my mother has past on and I am just trying to put the pieces
back together it has been a trying year for me I need to know
that Landon will not come home back to the same things I am
taking the steps to ensure he has a chance in life. By looking
to move from my present address again I no you had nothing to
do with this decision but I also no that the children faces you
see before you,you have the best interests for them even when
they make worse mistakes. I
Thank you,

Your honor,
I am Shawn's great-grandmother and I am asking of you to
please give Shawn a second chance. He had been attending a
twilight program and is to receive his high school diploma on
July 25,07. He is not a bad kid, he just made dumb choices. I
am willing to be responsible for him. I enrolled him in Crooked
Places Made Straight Christian Academy and paying his monthly
tuition of $300.00 monthly. If any questions regarding this
please contact Dr. Winonna Stewart, 215-726-4154.
Have a Blessed Day,

Dear Judge Dumas,
I am writing first and foremost to apologize for not
acknowledging you as the new misses. Please forgive that
mistake. However, secondly I am in need of a favor; not that
you haven’t done enough for me as is. Yet, it seems like every
school I have applied to they have rejected me and I am still
waiting for North Carolina Central's answer to my application.
However, I wanted to see if there was someone you could call or
email that would have an effect on the admissions board. I
would really appreciate it.
Sincerely,
Chanel M. McCain
