Someone accused of this a few blocks west of Penn would have
served time.
McIntosh's crime warrants punishment.

I am crying out for help for my father. He has been diagnosed
with MS. It seems as if there is noone to assist him. He can no
longer work; therefore, he has no income leaving my mother to
handle all financial securities. He has applied for
unemployment, disability and all were either denied or have a
long waiting list. My father is a Airforce Veteran that has
served his country, he has worked all his life and recently
retired from being a Phila Prison Guard. All of these
contributions he has made, now noone can even assist him with
any financial relief. This is not only destroying his health
but also his manhood. He was the sole provider for our family
for years, now he feels useless. Judge Means, I love him so
much...Please help us in any way possible. I know you can make
a difference!

Its about time that a Judge threw out the feminist idea of
"rape". By diluting the idea of rape over the years, scores of
men have been unjustly proscuted and put in jail for the uneasy
feeling of bad sex by a woman, husbands put in jail by vindictive
wives, and the all fake crimes of "date rape". Rape by virtue
of its violence makes it a crime, when consent occurs, rape
cannot occur. Something else happens, might be criminal, might
not, but its not Rape. For those women who have been violently
raped to be compared to a woman having been allegedly rape from
bad sex, it has been an injustice to them, for their crime was
truly rape. Its time to get the feminist extremes out of our law
books.

How could you have allowed Tracy McIntosh off so easy? And now
allow him to go to Italy?
It appears that you are "rewarding" him.
This is a disgrace.

what I mean. I wonder if your niece had been the recepient of
his sexual assult would you let him run? What were you
thinking? I will remember this come election time, and I will
actively support your defeat. You make justice seem like a
joke.

As a former student of Dr. McIntosh's I witnessed neither brilliance nor a
potential to contribute to the field of traumatic brain injury in the
future. The little worth he had as a mentor was eclipsed by his horribly
inappropriate behavior. McIntosh's awards may be
extensive but can be attributed only to the talented people he
surrounds himself with, not his own merit. He is coasting on a
reputation that he built with a gruesome charisma that many remarkably
find to be authentic. You can now welcome yourself to the club.
Given your career, I am shocked that your intuition could be so off base
for what kind of man this is. And if you'd seen is home (more like an
estate) you'd be even more ashamed of the sentence you've chosen.

Your Honor;
I think every woman in the city has experienced this man's
behavior in their life time----the initial sentence appears to
send Dr. McIntosh to his home lab for a few months. Little
punishment there, we need to send a message that "white collar"
rape or "preying on young females" will never be permitted.
Think of the young "girls", still teen agers, that sit in the
orientation and hear the campus types say "we will take care of
these kids like they were our own." If Penn refuses to do this,
your actions will set an example to those who violte this
trust. Thanks. WE

Nice move, Judge. Sounds like McIntosh needs to do some
research on your brain... How did you get to be a judge,
anyway? If his victim had been your daughter, I bet your
decision would not have been so appallingly and disgustingly
lenient.

Dear Judge Means,
I am very disturbed at your decision regarding the sexual
assault of a 25 yr old woman. No amount of genius or skill
should interfere with justice in a crime as heinous as this one.
Medical professionals must be held to the high standard that
their calling demands if we are to remain safe in their hands.
Thank you for your time.

How you ever got to sit on the bench is beyond me, sir. Everyone
is equal under the law, regardless of their status in society.
You gave preferential treatment to this piece of human filth and
completely brushed off the suffering of his victim. Instead of
giving this poor woman comfort and some small measure of closure,
you have added to her pain and suffering. You are brilliant.
It's a shame that an ordinary citizen such as myself has to
remind you that everyone should be treated equally and fairly in
our judicial system. I don't know, perhaps you skipped class the
day they taught that at law school.
In closing, I would like to say that I think you are a disgrace
to the bench and you should be ashamed for what you've done. You
should step down, as you are not impartial and therefore
ineffective as a judge.

I'm amazed at the Judge's poor judgement in allowing a free pass
for such a heinous criminal. Poetic justice would be served if
the judge were to be raped and have the perp "get off" for
previous community service rendered.

I am absolutely appalled by the insensitivity shown by the
decision not to send the felon to jail, but to place him on house

Judge Means,
I have heard or read many people saying to you "What if this
had happened to your wife/daughter/sister?" I don't think that
this should matter as much to you as the knowledge that this
DID happen to someones wife/daughter/sister and you should
ALWAYS keep that in mind no matter what "other" life the rapist
has. There is a woman out there who is questioning her worth on
this planet, even more so now that you think that his "work" is
more important than her "life". That is a sad state of justice
and you should be ashamed.
Sincerely,

Your Honor,
I read in the papers about the case involving rapist, Tracy
McIntosh. I implore you to reconsider the light sentence. The
victim deserves the same justice as anybody else, regardless of
the class, citizenship, or intellect of her aggressor.
Rape is such a cruel act against a woman; most civilized
men understand this intellectually, but can never fathom it
fully. We women have the unenviable task of having to
constantly educate men about this; the sexual drive in all men
is so powerful that there is a natural desire to downplay
anything bad associated with it (rape, polygamy, etc.). In
other words, other men, non-rapists, can relate to the rapist in
that controlling that drive can be excruciatingly difficult.
That rape is considered, rightfully, a heinous crime of the
greatest magnitude is a triumph of our culture.
I don't know what you think of rape. I know if you
understood the awfulness of it, there is no way you could have
handed down the sentence you did.

Judge Means,
I am appalled that you decided that a man who contributes to
society through brain research but intentionally drugged and
raped a woman should not go to jail. Disgusting. What message
does that send to children? Go to college, get a good job and
do good in your community, so that when you decide to commit a
crime some liberal judge will go easy on you.
Stick to the message - "If you do the crime, you gotta do the
time."
Shame on you.

Judge,
In reading about your atrocious decision, I feel that I have no
choice but to contact you and let you know what I think. Your
decision to let McIntosh roam free as a convicted rapist is
inexcuseable and shows an apparent weakness in our judicial
system, namely judges who feel the need to interpret laws on a
whim. Do you honestly think the McIntosh's years of service to
his patients gives the victim any comfort? Does that help her
sleep at night? Honestly, you are a disgrace.
