Dear Honorable Judge Schulman,
My name is Zikia Taylor and Im
the girlfriend of Deric Williams PP#977-813 in which on October
2,2008 you sentenced 18 to 36 months in prison.Honorable Judge
Schulman Im not writing this letter just looking for a way out
or to just save Deric Williams from prison time,but Im writing
this letter for help and consideration and also
guidance.Honorable Judge Schulman I dont want to waste your
time or anyone else but I thank I deserve a chance and so do
Deric Williams.Everyone is not prefect and everyone attends to
make mistakes but just because they have made a few mistakes
dont always mean there a bad person,it just means somewhere in
life they fell of the right path and Im sure its a few regrets
you might have stumbled across.Honorable Judge Schulman I know
you have to be hard as nails to handle the things you do but I
also know that your a human being and you have a warm hurt and
feelings.Honorable Judge Schulman once again all Im looking for
is a little understanding and a little help and guidance in
this and I really wish you can help me.Honorable Judge
Schulman,on July 9,2008 Deric Williams signed an open plea
guilty deal in reference to a gun possession,Deric Williams can
not read or write and I have paperwork to prove this and I know
that you explained to him and asked him was this something that
he wanted to do and Deric Williams answered you "yes".Deric
Williams actually had know clue of what he doing he was told
that it would be in the best of his ability to sign this
agreement and not go to trial,he was told that this would work
best.Honorable Judge Schulman Deric Williams was a witness to a
murder in which three children was killed in a car accident and
back in February of 2008 Deric was set up by Jerrick Mariney
who is a friend of the murder suspect Deric Williams testifed
on.This guy Jerrick Mariney picked Deric Williams up from work
and asked him to install a radio in his vechile and as Deric
Williams installed the radio a box fell from the top of the car
and Jerrick Mariney picked the box up and told Deric Williams
to hold the box because he might need it,and the way the
vechile was parked Jerrick Mariney knew that the cops that was
coming down the street would approach the vechile and that they
did.When the cops approached the vechile Jerrick Mariney yelled
out he didnt have anything and once the police approaced Deric
Williams they found a gun under the passenger seat where he set
and when they searched him they found a box a bullets on him to
the same type of gun.Deric Williams was set up by Jerrick
Mariney to go to prison and be killed by other friends of the
murder suspect.Honorable Judge Schulman,while Deric Williams
was aressted he was listed in the newspapers as a witness to
this murder and was almost killed in prison for being a snitch
so he was placed in protective coustdy then released on a
special release.Once he was released he was almost killed on
the streets because of this matter and I have hosiptal papers
to prove so.Deric was then placed in witness protection,Deric
Williams id sudicial and has very often tried to kill his self
over the matter of this case and all Im trying to do is help
him before he kill his self or someone kills him.Deric Williams
is also a witness in to other trials and he have so many people
in prison that wants to hurt him and Honorable Judge Schulman
all I want to do is help him before he kill his self or someone
else kills him.So please Honorable Judge Schulman all Im asking
for is a little help please or a little guidance..

I just want to say a big "THANK YOU" for you to hear my case about my neighbor who attack me on April 23,2006.I just wanted a chance to take this to the next step and you gave that chance.
I waited 7 months to come this far.
