Dear Sen. Piccola,
We at No Casino Gettysburg welcome reform of Act 71. We are
concerned that you included reform of the rule that the PGCB
must agree on sites for casinos, changing that to a simple
majority. These decisions are so important that in the matter
of a casino site, we believe consensus is important.

While you are changing Act 71, we hope you'll also remember to
protect Gettysburg, our national treasure.

I appeal to you to vote to exclude Gettysburg from the eligible gambling sites. This
activity is not compatible with the quality of life in Central Penna. that is our region's
strongest draw for sustainable economic and social strength.
